If you're not satisfied with your custom website, here's how it works:

After we deliver your site, you have 14 days to request changes through your included revision round.
If you're still not happy after revisions, we'll issue a full refund of your website design fee. No questions asked.
Upon refund, your website will be taken offline and all design files remain the property of WebsitesIn24.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of initial delivery by emailing support@websitesin24.com.
Once your website is launched publicly (i.e. your public-facing custom domain, not the preview domain) or the code is released to you, the sale is considered final.

Domain registration fees ($29/yr) are non-refundable once the domain has been registered, as this is a third-party purchase made on your behalf.
If the domain has not yet been registered, we'll refund the fee in full.

Your first 30 days of hosting are free.
After your free trial, hosting is billed monthly at $49/mo.
You can cancel hosting at any time with no penalty and no cancellation fee.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of hosting.
Upon cancellation, your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period. After that, the site will be taken offline.

Google Search ($49/mo), AI Search ($49/mo), and combined plans ($79/mo) can be cancelled at any time.
No refunds for partial months.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
