By using WebsitesIn24 (“we,” “us,” “our”) and purchasing our services, you (“client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services

WebsitesIn24 provides custom website design, logo design, domain registration, hosting, SEO, and related digital services for small businesses. All services are described on our website and within the onboarding quiz at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Website design is a one-time payment of $299, collected at checkout via Stripe.
  • Additional services (logo design, domain registration, SEO/GEO plans) are priced as displayed during checkout.
  • Recurring services (hosting, SEO, AI Search) are billed monthly after any applicable free trial period.
  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing orders or active subscriptions.

3. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver your completed website within 24 hours of receiving your quiz submission and payment.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your request and current order volume.
  • Delivery is considered complete when we send you the link to your live website and a notification email.

4. Revisions

  • Your website package includes 1 round of revisions.
  • A revision round means one set of changes submitted together via email.
  • Revisions must be requested within 14 days of initial delivery.
  • Additional revisions beyond the included round are available for purchase at $59 per round.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the content of your website — meaning the text, layout, and overall design created specifically for your business.
  • Photos, icons, fonts, and other third-party assets used in your site remain subject to their respective licenses.
  • If you provided photos, logos, or text, you retain ownership of those materials.
  • Until full payment is received, all design work remains the property of WebsitesIn24.
  • Upon refund, all ownership reverts to WebsitesIn24 and the website will be taken offline.

6. Portfolio Usage

  • Unless you opt out during the quiz, we may use your completed website in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.
  • You can opt out at any time by emailing support@websitesin24.com.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

  • All-Inclusive Hosting is a separate monthly service billed at $49/mo after a 30-day free trial.
  • Hosting includes: server hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups, security monitoring, and content updates upon request.
  • If hosting is cancelled or payment fails, your website will remain live until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be taken offline.
  • We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party service providers, DNS propagation, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information during the onboarding quiz.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your completed website and submitting revision requests within the 14-day window.
  • You confirm that any content, images, or materials you provide are owned by you or that you have the right to use them.
  • You will not use your website for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • WebsitesIn24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, rankings, or revenue from your website.

10. Cancellation

  • You may cancel any recurring service (hosting, SEO, AI Search) at any time by emailing support@websitesin24.com or through your client dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • One-time services (website design, logo design) are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
